Last week the Telekom router in our apartment stopped working, a technician informed us that it would need to be replaced. This should be the landlord's responsibility but they've done nothing so far.
So it is the landlord who has the contract with Telekom? Normally the tenant only pay the rent for the apartment. For internet and telephone you have your own contract with a provider.

@LanA3 the contract owner needs to contact us. It is unusual for the landlord to be the contracted party and not the tenants.
If one of your flatmates is the contracted party we need to verify them via short call using the customer number and the last six digits of the IBAN.
