Router not arrived

Hello everyone,
I have already received my technician appointment for the installation of my internet connection, but I still haven’t received my router. What should I do? They have already deducted the money for the router, but nothing has been delivered yet.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

To assist you quickly, please fill in the fields "Kundennummer" and/or "Handynummer" in your user data.
By clicking on your picture in the top right corner, you can access the correct section "Kundendaten für den Kundenservice" under the menu item "Meine Einstellungen."
I would appreciate a response with a time window when a callback would be convenient for you.
