Router not arrived / no status

Hi, I have our technical appointment coming Monday PM but I have not received the router. Could I please check on the status of the router delivery, and when we might be able to expect it to arrive? If we need to speak to customer service, is there a way to be connected to an English speaker? Thank you!

      Hi Malte, 

      I am unable to get a router in time for my appointment yesterday. I checked Hermes (tried to call them but no english customer service) and the status has been returned to Telekom - could you verify please? In this case, will Telekom send a new router to our address or should I go pick one up from the Telekom store directly? How does payment work? Thank you.
