Speedport Pro Plus Keeps Giving Green Light-No WLAN

On the 29th of May Telekom Service came over to our building for Glasfaser installation. They weren’t done yet and kept the old connection but when they left there was somehow no internet at home. The Speedport Pro Plus keeps giving constant green light no matter how many times I reset it and did troubleshooting cycles. I asked my neighbours and they had internet. I can’t see the wlan connection in my devices list either.
I have been using the same setup for the last 3 years and its the first time experiencing such issue and I don’t know where the problem is caused actually.
I’d like some help on this if anyone knows.

It's a shame that your internet connection isn't working right now. If the LED is green, the router should actually be online. Please let us know as soon as you've been able to test the LAN connection. That way, we can determine whether it's just the Wi-Fi that's disabled or the entire internet connection.

Thanks for the tip Timur, I just managed to connect a laptop via LAN. Seems like LAN works and there is actually internet. When I checked speedport.ip seems like WLAN was turned on there as well. Though despite that we still cannot connect to the router somehow through wifi.
oh and also checked the firmware updates as well just in case. All up-to-date

Have you tried pressing the Wi-Fi button on the Speedport? 🙏 If not, try resetting it completely to factory settings. 👍
