Speedport S4 wechselt LTE Band

Hallo

 

Seit kurzem wechselt der S4 zwischen LTE Band 20 / 800 MHz und Band 8 / 900 MHz.

An einem Tag ist es so und ein Paar Tage später dann anders.

Im Band 8 ist der dBm Wert etwas schlechter, 2-4 dBm.

Warum macht der das?

Ist das 8er Band besse oder schlechter oder?

    Hallo @tms55,

     

    die Hybrid SIM-Karten sind werksmäßig für alle Sender in Reichweite bzw. in der Umgebung freigeschaltet. Je örtlicher Versorgung kann es daher durchaus vorkommen, dass sich die SIM-Karte mal mit dem einen und mal mit dem anderen Sender verbindet. Verhindern kannst du es nur durch Ausrichtung des Empfängers.

     

    Ist dir bereits bekannt, in welcher Richtung sich die optimal versorgenden Sender befinden?

    Hallo

     

    Es gibt nur einen Sender.

    Seit Dezember 2022 wurde immer das Band 20 / 800 MHz verwendet.

    Aber seit ein Paar Tagen fast nur noch Band 8 / 900 MHz.

    Ich wollte einfach nur wissen was das auf sich hat und warum jetzt diese Änderung?

    Sendererweiterung und oder Verkehrsmanagement.
    Kann man leider nicht wirklich selbst beeinflussen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
