Technician enabled the connection but I haven't received my router / contract yet

Dear team,

 

I signed up for Telekom MagentaZuhause S on September 23rd. Technician came as scheduled on the 30th but could only enable the line, since the router and contract hadn't yet been delivered. I received an email saying that it should arrive by the 30th too, but I didn't receive anything and there's no tracking number available. How can I know when I will receive my device and start using my connection?

 

I tried calling the hotline but my German is so bad I can even get past the initial question.
