Techniker kommt nicht zwei Termine schon verstrichn

Bin seit 3 Tagen nur kurz erreichbar. Leitungsabbrüche festgestellt.

Techniker hat schon zwei zugesagte Termine verstreichen lassen und ist lt T-Com seit 12:06 nicht mehr ereichbar. Störungsstelle hat bei dritter Reklamation einfach aufgelegt. Wie soll ich mich weiter verhalten ?
