Am 12.05. sollte an meinem Anschluss ein Tarifumstellung stattfinden.

Seitdem ist dieser aber tot.

Alle Anrufe in der Service-Hotline sind irgendwie nutzlos, weil sich niemand um mein existentielles Problem kümmert und zugesagte Rückrufe nicht stattfinden.

An wen kann man sich überhaupt noch wenden, damit endlich etwas passiert?
