Umzug

Hallo,
Ich habe einen Antrag auf Umzug gestellt und eine Bestätigungsmail erhalten. Um Faktoren, die wir nicht verantwortlich sind, wird unser Umzug nur am 31. Oktober geschehen, anstatt am 21.
Eine weitere Frage, die ich habe, ist, ob ab dem Datum des Umzugs mein Internetanschluss zu Hause an meiner neuen Adresse verfügbar sein wird?

Following up on the conversation here: https://telekomhilft.telekom.de/t5/Festnetz-Internet/Umzug/td-p/6966061 since nobody cares.
Lets recapitulate what happened:
- I submit a moving request in September.
- Get a confirmation of the cancellation of the contract on the 17.09.2024.
- Service is terminated on the original address on the 31.10.2024.
- I'm told a technical appointment was not successful on the 31.10.2024 -- was never informed of such appointment
- Telekom called me on 01.11.2024 to understand what is happening after requesting callback. Im told I will get a message confirming the technical appointment and a data bonus
- Receive data bonus, not any news about a technical appointment. (https://telekomhilft.telekom.de/t5/Festnetz-Internet/Umzug/m-p/7003160#M2336614) -- never happened.
- Contacted Telekom on the 04.11.2024, again, I'm told I "should have" received a SMS about a technical appointment -- This never happened -- never happened.
- Contacted Telekom again 05.11.2024, no response as usual.
I have more stuff to do than be on this forum begging for the service I'm paying for. I have watched this movie before. The first time around took 6 months to get an optic fiber connection. 6 months!! How many months do I have to wait until I get internet that huge miracle of the XXI century at my current address. I'm sure the bill will arrive for the full month.
How many more days??

I have nothing to do with your request, please wait for a answer from the Telekom hilft Team you pinged already.
Bills will be corrected since the contract still isn't active.

I am calling the number you provided again. The technician is reaching out to the wrong number -- again a data entry problem!!
I am still waiting for confirmation, but the earliest available date is November 11th. How am I supposed to wait until then?

11.11.24 is the earliest possible date 🙏🏽 This was booked by our technical scheduling department. The correct cell phone number is on file with the field service 🙂 We can bridge the gap until then with free data volume for your cell phone plan.

Thank you for your response. I will wait for the technician appointment next Monday. I still haven't got an official confirmation of this appointment.
In the meantime, could you please provide me with unlimited data for the next week? I've had to call more than twice to request additional data volume. Both of us are working from home and require a considerable amount of data to perform our jobs effectively. We actually need extra data for two different Telekom phone numbers.

I am really sorry, but I cannot provide unlimited data, because it is highly regulated in which cases it is allowed. And even sending data to two contracts is not the intention of the process of providing the data. But I can send you more than you already got, and you can use a phone as a hotspot. Would that be a possibility? Alternatively the Magenta Zuhause Schnellstart could be possible, if you do not already have one. The quickest way to get one, would be a Telekom Shop which you can find here. If you have one, and it seems a bit like that, I can send data volume to the Schnellstart immediately.
Please let me know what is easier for you and if you want, will gladly call if it is not already too late to talk about the way I shall provide the data.

In that case can you send me more than I already got and I'll use my phone as a hotspot. I need data volume for the next 5 days. As you can imagine the volume that I have is not enough for the next 5 days. Also, if I need more data can I contact you via this forum instead of calling every single time?

an SMS with more data volume is incoming. And yes, you can write here, if you need more, but it will not be possible on a daily basis.

@Inês Leite the appointment on 11th November is unchanged in system.
I emailed you a link to the appointment and a text message with a new data voucher.
