Upgrade MagentaZuhause S auf Hybrid

Liebe Telekom,

 

wir würden unseren Anschluss in der Johannisgasse 5 in Annaberg-Buchholz gerne von MagentaZuhause S  auf Hybrid upgraden.
Eine Neubestellung bis zum letzten Schritt möglich, bei der Änderung ersheint jedoch "nicht verfügbar".

Besteht eine M;öglichkeit uns hier zu helfen?

    Hallo @tho2,

     

    das heißt, es ist bereits ein normaler MagentaZuhause S vorhanden? Dann müsste hier in der Regel einfach die Hybrid-Option hinzugebucht werden.

    Probiere es gerne mal, wie unter LTE -buchen-neue-Hybrid-Option/ta-p/4700762" target="_blank">https://telekomhilft.telekom.de/t5/Telefonie-Internet/Hybrid- LTE -buchen-neue-Hybrid-Option/ta-p/4700762 beschrieben aus. Klappt es darüber, die Hybrid-Option zu buchen?

    Korrekt. Gerade probiert, da habe ich ein Formular mit einer leeren Auswahl.

    Wie lange hast Du den schon?

    Eventuell ist der in einer "zu alten" Tarifgeneration und müsste zuerst "aktualisiert" werden - vermutlich unter Neubeginn einer 24-Monatslaufzeit.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
