Hallo Zusammen,

Ich habe einen neuen Internetvertrag abgeschlossen inkl. einem Router. Der Bereitstellungstermin ist am 06.09.2025. Leider habe ich bis heute noch keine Versandbestätigung vom Router erhalten bzw. ist kein Gerät bei mir eingetroffen. In meinen Spam E-Mails liegt nichts vor. Ich habe auch schon im Kundenportal nachgeschaut ob da eine Sendungsnummer hinterlegt wurde, da steht leider auch nichts.

      Der Router kommt bis Freitag. 

      Am Samstag Bereitstellung des Anschlußes?
