Hi to All,

 

I would like to Cancel my Contract, switching to another provider. My contract is gonna expire on 29/03/2024 and i would like to apply Online because I'm not fluent in German language.

 

Anyone to help with it?

      Auch wichtig bei dem telefonischen Gespräch die letzten 6 Zahlen der hinterlegten IBAN und die Kundennummer griffbereit zu haben. Dies geschieht für den Datenabgleich.

      In this case you should not cancel your contract by yourself. Let your new provider do the cancelation and make a porting.

      Try to find an English speaking employee from your new provider.

      You do not need to involve Telekom, this must be handled by the new provider.

       

      If you cancel the contract yourself there is a risk that you will be offline for several days or even weeks - and if things go completely wrong for you then there is a ressoure shortage and you might be offline for a long time.

      Well, one other thing... what is the driver for your wish to change?

      If it is on the price possibly Telekom might be willing to give you a rebate for prolonging the contract by 24 months.

      This is actually s.th. that you CAN discuss with a forum Teamie .

       

      (however to mention: probably the initial conditions are slightly better as a new customer to a different provider)
