Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
It uses an identifier created by your telecom operator based on your IP address and a telecom reference such as your telecom account (e.g., mobile number).
The identifier is assigned to the internet connection, so anyone connecting their device and consenting to the Utiq technology will receive the same identifier. Typically:
- on a broadband connection (e.g., Wi-Fi), the marketing or analytics will be performed based on the browsing activities of consenting household members’.

Wenn es durch Lehrrohre geht dann Verlegekabel und entsprechend auf Netzwerkdosen patchen (oder ggfs auf ein Patchfeld je nachdem wie bei euch die Gegebenheiten sind).
Wenn nicht dann ein ganz normales Netzwerkkabel.
Beim Verlegekabel rate ich zu Cat. 7, beim normalen Netzwerkkabel reicht ein Cat. 5e völlig aus.

Ich verstehe ehrlich gesagt nicht warum man da jetzt so unnötig diskutiert, wir wissen noch nicht einmal ob der TE hier 30m Kabel durch Leerrohre durchziehen muss oder ob es nur um ein 50cm langes Kabel von Modem in den Router geht.
Ich bin felsenfest davon überzeugt dass der TE bei einem 50cm-Kabel genau NULL Unterschied feststellen wird ob es Cat5e oder Cat6 ist und da es sowieso keinen Tarif größer als 1 GBit/s gibt erübrigt sich das dann auch mit dem Thema 2,5 GBit/s etc. 🙈

Ja aber der PPPOE-Overhead auf der LAN-Seite, da geht mir doch der Netto-Durchsatz flöten, wenn die nur mit 1000mbit/s laufen sollte 🙈 *duckunwech*

Aber klar, wegen ein paar Cent würd ich auch nicht sinnlos rumsparen und dann wegen anderen nicht so richtig beeinflussbaren Faktoren doch die A-Karte haben.
Gerade bei Gigabit-Ethernet würde ich nicht sparen und auf ein unzureichend abgeschirmtes Netzwerkkabel setzen. In den Frequenzbereichen zwischen 100 und 500 MHz tummeln sich Tod und Teufel.
