Speedport Pro Plus restarting randomly

Question

Hi, I am a new customer and have rented a Speedport Pro Plus. It's been just a few days since my connection was set up and I have a problem: the Speedport Pro Plus router keeps restarting multiple times during the day. The restarts are totally random. Sometimes during the day, sometimes in the evening. It is very annoying because each restart takes at least 5 minutes for the device to be back online. I checked the firmware on speedport.ip and it is the latest one:Speedport Pro PlusFirmware version:  120141.5.0.018.1Date of firmware:  22-05-16 Is my device defective? What can I do about it? thanks

I did a factory reset 2 days ago and haven't seen the issue since then. I will be monitoring it over the next few days and will update the situation here.
