wrongly charged for cancelled connection

I have been wrongly charged twice (for the month of August and September) for my connection that I had canceled after ordering from check24.de.

i was delivered the WLAN Comfort (Speedport Smart 4 + Speed ​​Home WLAN) and i tried to return it at a telekom store but they refused to collect it and now im being charged its rent wrongly.

      • hi timur, im again being sent an invoice asking to deduct 32 euros from my account. previously 16 euros were deducted from my account, then 26 euros were credited back, now im only obliged to return 10 more euros to settle the balance but i again was sent an invoice of 32 euros rather than 10 euros which has to be paid from my side. 
      • please call me tomorrow whenver possible and lets clear this Matter

      I couldn't reach you by phone right now. But I'll be happy to clarify the situation again 🙂 You were informed about the compensation of €32.95 due to the early termination. I credited this to you on 02.10.24. At that time, however, there was still an outstanding invoice of €6.95. That's why you were only credited €26.01 on 07.10.24. The amount was offset. The invoice for the compensation came on 17.10.24. You have already received the credit note from me, so you have to pay this amount once. After that you will not receive another invoice 👍🏽
