Zugriff über Telekomrouter auf alle Geräte im Haushalt,

Hallo zusammen, ich erhoffe mir hier im Forum endlich Hilfe und Unterstützung.

Mein Problem, kurz zusammengefasst. Es sitzt umgangssprachlich jemand mit Adminrechten auf meinen Geräten.

Zugriff seit mindestens einem Jahr, 4x den Router gewechselt, der neuste Router ein altes Modell 921v, davor 724v und 3 mal Speed 3.,  2 mal den Mediareciver gewechselt. Ein neues IPad Air, ca. 4 Wochen alt, ein IPhone, ein Laptop ein Drucker. Zugriff auf E-Mail und alle internen Daten der Telekom, (auch nach Einstellungen im T-Shop, und Anrufen Hotline keine Lösung. Hinweis heute Doppelter Administratorzugriff, „Dieses Gerät wird zurzeit von einem anderen PC verwaltet.

Wie macht sich der Zugriff bemerkbar. Magentacloud, keine Speicherung durch mich mehr möglich, 16 GB werden von einem freien Entwickler blockiert, der Rest sind private Bilder. Kein Gerät läßt sich auf Werkseinstellungen zurücksetzen. Passwörter werden geändert, Zugriff auf alle privaten Daten, e-Mail, Telefon Bilder, Bankdaten, echt. Zugriff erfolgt zur Zeit über einen Edge-Server in der Nachbarschaft. Hinweis in der Routerkonfiguration

    Ich hatte das Thema schon mit dem Eingangsposting gelesen, schon da war ich etwas überfragt....

    Fakt ist, das hat nichts mit dem Router an sich zu tun, weshalb ich hier die Grundsatzdiskussionen zum Thema Router auch nicht hilfreich finde.

    Hier gehört Jemand an die Geräte des TE, der tagtäglich nichts Anderes macht, als sich um Compis und Netzwerke zu kümmern - also ein IT-Fachmann...

    Mit gefährlichem Halbwissen wollte ich nicht eingrätschen und hatte mich deshalb hier zurückgehalten....

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
