Hello,
I am unable to redeem 500 MB data gift from Mageneta App. It says "something is wrong. The service is temporarily not available. Please try again in a few minutes."
For my second number, there is no option to redeem.
It was working, when I was a private customer.
Could you confirm, whether I am eligible for monthly 500 MB gift as a business customer.

Could you confirm, whether I am eligible for monthly 500 MB gift as a business customer.
As a business customer there is unfortunately no way to activate the 500 MB gift.
The MeinMagenta app is only available to private customers.
