Hello,
I would like to set up an internal tariff change from my current postpaid contract to a prepaid plan. My contract end date is October 19. Please schedule the switch for October 19 so that I keep my exact phone number. I specifically want to be switched to the MagentaMobil Prepaid Basic plan with no monthly base fee, so that it runs purely on topped-up balance.

A switch to the mentioned prepaid plan isn't possible due to the fact that the plan isn't anymore available.
Nevertheless I think we should talk by phone and mybe we can find another option that fits.
When are you reachable by phone?
