This is not a chat with Telekom-staff, this is a web community as a place to help each other. It is mainly a costumer-helps-costumer-community. And it is normal that in a community it takes time to get a helping person, who has the knowledge you need. I am not a member of the staff of deutsche telekom. I am also a costumer.

The Telekom-staff of the community sleeped at home tonight, they are not 24 ours in action here. Because there are ways outsight the community like the hotlines, which can be contacted. Usually a staff member will read this. But  with more time difference, because the normal helpers here are other costumers.

you have written a message in german. And i think that a part of your message should be for the costumer "ab Freitag für Sie da". He cannot understand, what you have written because he cannot understand german messages. Und i think there must be a missunderstanding.

The person you have admentioned is a helping person, not the costumer with the problem. So it would be better if you admention the part with the forward information of servicetime to the starter of the thread and not to the helping person.
