Contacting someone for billing questions

How can I contact someone who speaks English and can help me with some billings issues? Requesting call-backs has never resulted in anyone who speaks English, and I cannot seem to find the correct email address.

I cannot seem to find the correct email address.
That's no surprise, there is none.
The best rway to get English language support from Telekom is indeed this community.
If possible, put a time frame into the free text field in your profile, during which you are able to receive a call from the support them and have the last six digits of your IBAN ready for ID purposes. A member of the support team should sooner or later call you back.

I can receive calls today (Friday) until 19:00 and Sunday thru Thursday from 06:00 to 21:00 each day. Does that help?
Can you tell me what the IBAN number is? I know my customer number, but am confused about what the IBAN number is.

That's the bank account number you're paying your Telekom bills from. They will only ask for the last six digits to make sure they are talking to the actual customer.

I am sorry to say, I was VERY surprised when I received the bill today and it was MUCH HIGHER than even last month - which was double my "normal" payment! Can we please look at this issue again?
