Telekom not contacting my mobile for relocation

Hello, I've contacted Telekom  3 times to discuss my relocation. Every time I get a message to my voice mail to my mobile number, but the phone never rings and I don't even see it as a missed call, and there is no method for me to communicate via email. Would be great if any Telekom agent viewing this post can contact me via call (the details mentioned in my profile.)

    welcome to our community. Prior to be contacted by a Telekom member please check the following:

     

    Is your firmware up to date?

    Take off the batteries of the phone and insert them again

    Remove the plug and re-connect it.

    Should you use a Speedphone, it may have a defect. In this case please contact V-Tech (manufacturer):

    A very happy new year to you and your family. I hope you're doing well.

    My relocation was successful (partially). I am able to use the internet, but at a very low speed of 16 Mbps DSL Young(16000) which was the fastest speed available at my new location until today. I was previously using 100Mbps DSL Young(100000). 

    I keep checking for the availability of higher tariffs at my location, and today I found that speeds up to 250Mbps DSL (250000) is available.
    Could you please help facilitate my change of contract to 100Mbps DSL Young(100000) ? The issue is that when I initiate the change of tariff by myself, it asks me if I'm under 28 years old. I signed up for 100Mbps Young(100000) at my old residence when I was under 28, and it has not been 2 years since then, and as I had no choice, I had to switch to a lower speed (that was the only speed available to me). So I would like to keep my Young privileges (which gives me a discount on the tariff ), at least until 2 years have been passed, since my signing of the first contract.

    Actually we do have the option to change the tariff and keep the young conditions, but this presupposes that you're still under 28 years old. If that's not the case, we're not allowed to keep the young conditions, I'm sorry.
