Requested for cancellation of mobile connection

Hello,
Since two months I am requesting Telkom office for the cancellation of my Telekom contract ID 0063xxc for my mobile number 0170 xxx due to my job loss and struggling to get new job hence cannot pay the bill.
Telkom understood my problem and receive the reply that they are going to cancel the contract for next month billing but they are not doing that, since two months I am paying the bill.
I need your kind support to cancel the contract immediately and refund the bill if possible for at least one month.
Although with multiple request Telkom is not doing the cancellation, next month onwards there wont be any balance in my Bank to pay the bill next bills.
My Customer account number is 0065xxx
Let me now if any more information is needed.
