Requested for cancellation of mobile connection

Hello,

Since two months I am requesting Telkom office for the cancellation of my Telekom contract ID 0063xxc for my mobile number 0170 xxx due to my job loss and struggling to get new job hence cannot pay the bill.

Telkom understood my problem and receive the reply that they are going to cancel the contract for next month billing but they are not doing that, since two months I am paying the bill. 

I need your kind support to cancel the contract immediately and refund the bill if possible for at least one month.

Although with multiple request Telkom is not doing the cancellation, next month onwards there wont be any balance in my Bank to pay the bill next bills. 

My Customer account number is 0065xxx

Let me now if any more information is needed.

    Unless your contract is in the "Flex" tariff variant or alternatively your contract already runs unchanged since more than 24 months I am afraid that Telekom will not accept a "due to my job loss" early contract termination.

    The situation would be different if you moved abroad.

    But better a Telekom teamie has a look at your case - this requires that a teamie will get in touch with you on the phone.

     If the contract is still within the minimum contract period, it cannot be terminated in this way. Was a cell phone ordered with the contract?

    The only option would be goodwill, but otherwise the contract must be fulfilled.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations here. Which contract should be cancelled? The phone number that is stored belongs to a business contract that belongs to a company and cannot be cancelled by you. 

     

    Cancellation due to job loss is not possible. 


    When is the best time to reach you? So that we can talk in person.
