Internet contract cancellation

hi team, 

I was using telekom WLAN connection and i moved back to India on 9th of August. 

I requested for a cancellation on 3rd of August for that I have received an automatic reply saying my request will be progressed within two business days. But it seems like not happened as I didnot receive any mails after that. This month I was being charged for Internet usage. Could you please terminate internet contract as soon as possible, as I donot want to pay one more month for unused internet.

    Cancellations cannot be made through this forum.

     

    If you move abroad, you have a special right of termination according to § 60 TKG (Telecommunications Act). By law, you are granted a period of one month to the end of the month.

     

    You have to apply for a move.

    Telekom grants a shorter period of one month for the landline connection.

     

    Telekom requires one of the following documents, for example, as proof

    • De-registration certificate from the registration office
    • certificate by the employer
    • marching orders (for soldiers)
