Hello All,
2 days ago, a man came from Ranger and asked us to change from our Vodafone Kabel router connection to Telekom connection. We initially thought we would do it, however, we do not want the contract anymore. I would like to cancel my contract with Telekom now. We have got the customer number as well. However, we do not speak German. Is there a english helpline number where I can call and cancel the contract?
Please let me know, I can provide with the order number as well. I want to cancel just the recent internet contract which has been made.

You have to wait for the order confirmation. After receiving this, you have 14 days to revoke it.
