Cancellation of Internet contract -URGENT HELP

Hi everyone,
I'm new to Berlin and made a bit of a mistake. While I was just exploring different internet plans yesterday, I accidentally completed an order online for a Telekom MagentaZuhause package.
I want to cancel it as soon as possible. So far, I've only received an automated order confirmation (Eingangsbestätigung
) and I only have an Order Number (Auftragsnummer
). I do not have a Customer Number (Kundennummer
) yet, and nothing has been installed.
Has anyone been in this situation? What is the fastest and most effective way to cancel? Is calling their hotline enough, or is it better to immediately send a formal written cancellation (Widerruf
) by email?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Wait until you receive an order confirmation, which will explain exactly how you can cancel. The order confirmation also contains all the necessary numbers
