Contract change to lower data

Hi,

 

I have a MagentaMobil L mit Premium-Plus-Smartphone contract and it will expire on September. Since I'm not using that much data, I want to change my tariff to a lower data package. Is this possible? I don't want to lose my phone number so don't want to cancel my current contract and get a new one. I would like to keep my number but switch to a cheaper (lower data) tariff.

    Yes, that is possible, but only in the last month of their term,

    since they have a contract with a smartphone. Your number will of course remain the same if you renew it.

    If you do nothing then the contract will NOT be prolonged, but become rather a contract that can be terminated any day after 9.9. within one month.

    Not exactly.

    You could ask for termination already/earliest today.

    But a change of tariff I would not order on 9.8. but rather few days later.

     

    Note: you can change also into a flex variant of the downgraded tariff (however there will not be any bonus, unlike possibly available if you downgrade and prolongue to a new 24 month period)
