Change tariff/increase data

Good Afternoon,

 

I am trying to change the tariff on my wife’s phone to increase the data but I do not get the option to because she is on the old family plan and has only been on the contract for a year. How can we increase the data on her phone?

      Since a switch to the Plus card is only possible at the end of the minimum contract period, we have now decided to switch to the normal MagentaMobil. This makes us a little more expensive, but still cheaper than if we bridged with data passes. Please write to me again here in mid-May 2024. Zwinkernd If you still have something on your mind, then of course write it here. Until then I wish you and your wife a nice time.
