To change mobile traiff

Hello Support,
I have two Business flex connection, and I would need them to change to MagentaMobil Prepaid Basic (Prepaid Mobilfunk).
So that I pay for my usage, instead of monthly fee.
Could you let me know the procedure for traiff change and when can I make this at earliest ?

Hello @Customer123,
in order to change the tariff from a Business tariff to a Prepaid plan, the minimum contract duration has to be over. Once the date has been reached, you can tell us a time frame in which you are available for a call.
