I'm moving away from Germany next week and I would like to terminate my contract with Telekom. I'm aware of the special kind of termination for this case but I'm not aware on how to proceed.

 

• Can I revolve this issue via the internet or do I must write a letter and annex the Abmeldung?
• If I do need to write a letter, what information is needed to be in this letter?

Can someone help me with this?
