Datendepot aktiv aber wird nicht verwendet

Hallo,

Habe den magentamobilspezial Tarif und hab vorhin mein Monatsdatenvolumen verbraucht.

Mein datendepot 100gb ist aktiv in der App gelistet. Es wird aber nicht verwendet und ich musste 1gb Speed on S kaufen , um weiter high Speed zu surfen. Warum geht es nicht automatisch aus dem Datenvolumen?
