Hallo Zusammen Fröhlich

 

Ich reise nach Amerika und Kanada. Dafür habe ich soeben telefonisch die Travel Mobil Option gebucht und dazu ein paar Fragen gestellt. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehe bemüht, schien sich damit aber nicht zu 100% auszukennen. Deshalb hoffe ich hier auf erfahrene Kunden oder Mitarbeiter. Nicht dass ich am Ende doch drauf zahle...

 

Laut Kleingedrucktem gilt für Telefonate folgendes:

 

"

  • Das Tagesbudget beträgt 500 Minuten je Tag und wird für abgehende und ankommende Verbindungen angerechnet sowie 500 SMS je Tag."

Gelten die Freiminuten nur für Anrufe zu deutschen Handy und Festnetznummern? Oder kann ich innerhalb von Amerika auch amerikanische Nummern anrufen mit Abrechnung über die 500 Freiminuten?

 

Was ich am Telefon nicht gefragt habe aber dennoch spannend wäre: StreamOn kann ich ja im EU Ausland nutzen. Wie sieht es aber in den USA aus, wenn ich die Travel Mobil Option gebucht habe? Laut Kleingedrucktem gilt:

 

"In der Ländergruppe 2 wird das Datenvolumen des zugrunde liegenden Tarifes genutzt und verbraucht."

 

Ist StreamOn hier inkludiert? oder sind nur meine GB + Magenta1 Vorteil und extra GB durch den Young Tarif mit drin?

 

Letzte Frage: innerhalb der 12 Meilen Zone bin ich ja noch  im jeweiligen Land der Ländergruppe, wo ich mein Datenvolumen nutzen kann. Wenn jetzt Land Funkmasten nicht mehr erreichbar sind, ich aber ins Satellitengestützte Netz vom Schiff komme, ist dann innerhalb der 12 Meilen Zone das Datenvolumen ebenfalls über Travel Mobil inklusive?

    Schiffe gehören meines Wissens nach nicht dazu, das ist wohl eh blockiert, bzw. man würde dann die pass.telekom.de Seite sehen und dort könnte man ein Paket kaufen.

    Aaaaah geil genau so eine PDF habe ich gesucht und auf den Angebotseiten zur Option nicht gefunden. Vielen Dank für die Infos 😊😊

    Die Option wird grundsätzlich für die Nutzung innerhalb Deutschlands zur Verfügung gestellt.
    Die Option kann bei einem vorübergehenden Aufenthalt (z.B. Urlaubs-/ Geschäftsreise, Lernmobilität) auch in einem anderen EU-Land (Ländergruppe 11)) und in der Schweiz bis zu einer nach Ziffer 4 „Tarife mit unbegrenztem Datenvolumen“ des Anhangs der Preisliste Mobilfunknutzung im Ausland (Privatkunden) berechneten Datenvolumengrenze genutzt werden.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
