Liebes Telekom Hilft-Team,

ich wollte heute meine Prepaid SIM-Karte in eine eSIM umwandeln. Leider hängt mein Telefon jetzt bereits über 1 Stunde im aktiveren Modus fest und ich habe keine Netz. Was habe ich falsch gemacht?
