This is possible - however you need s.b. from Telekom to get it arranged.

Normally I'd prefer the hotline or the chat, as this tends to be quicker - but this is mainly suitable for German speaking people.

Here in the forum it can be that you need to wait until a teamie will find time - specifically during the weekend.

Hence pls be patient until you will get support here in the forum
