Hallo, ich habe ain telekom prepaid (magentamobil l) und möchten gern umtauschen für ein esim. Ist das möglich? Wie mache ich das?

I have normal tripleSIM in my Samsung S8+.  I want to retire the s8+, and move this to my iphone Xr but need to use physical SIM slot for another SIM card. therefore I need way to use T-mobil with eSIM.  How to do that?
