habe einen alten handy x tra vertrag glaub ich, prepaid. möchte jetzt auf ein smartfone auch prepaid umsteigen und die alte handynr mitnehmen , was tun, kartenslot ist kleiner als beim alten handy

      Du solltest zwei Dinge tun:

      1. Tarifwechsel auf Smartphone-Tarif MagentaMobil Prepaid M
      2. SIM-Karten-Tausch anstoßen wegen Technologiewechsel - am besten in einem Telekom Shop (dann kannst Du weitgehend nahtlos die neue SIM ins Smartphone reintun und nutzen - andernfalls bist Du möglicherweise ein paar Tage nicht erreichbar)
        Online machst Du das im Link wie von @Gelöschter Nutzer gepostet so:
