Handy findet kein Netz

Moin,

 

unser IPhone findet kein Mobilfunknetz nach Einlegen der SIM-Karte. Wir haben alle Möglichkeiten zur Problemlösung schon ausprobiert, geht trotzdem weiterhin nicht. Es heißt in den Einstellungen unter Allgemein -> Info -> Netzwerk, die SIM sei nicht konfiguriert.
