Handy Vertrag reduzieren auf MagentaMobil S - Ändert sich die Laufzeit?

Hallo

 

Ich habe einen alten Magenta Mobil M mit Top Handy 3. Generation Vertrag.  Mein Vertag lief bis zum 04.04.2020. 

Leider habe ich nicht aufgepasst.

Mit der Option "...mit Top Handy" habe ich ja jeden Monat (bis heute!!) das Handy mit bezahlt obwohl das Handy schon lange abbezahlt ist!!!

Ich bin eigentlich sehr zufrieden mit der Telekom, aber ich hätte erwartet, das mein Vertrag automatisch angepasst wird. Das finde ich sehr Kundenunfreundlich. 

 

Kann man da rückwirkend noch was machen? Immerhin haben Sie Leistungen erhalten, die nicht mehr gerechtfertigt waren.  

Darf garnicht drüber nachdenken wieviel Geld ich über die ganze Zeit zuviel bezahlt habe. 

Zumal der aktuelle kleinere MagentaMobil S Tarif ja jetzt schon deutlich billiger wäre mit (bis auf wenige Ausnahmen) mehr Leistung

 

Wenn ich jetzt auf den MagentaMobil S Tarif umsteigen wollte, wäre das ja sicher sofort möglich, oder? Würde ich dann aber wieder einen Vertrag eingehen mit 24 Monaten Laufzeit? Ich würde ja nur meinen alten Vertrag reduzieren. 

 

Was ist da so möglich?

    Ein von Wechsel von „mit Handy“ zu „ohne Handy“ geht nur und ausschließlich im Rahmen einer aktiven Vertragsverlängerung um 24 Monate.

    Rücnwirkend geht da nichts. Die Inhalte und die Verlängerung der Konditionen um 12 Monate waren schließlich bekannt.

    Hatte auch nicht wirklich gedacht, das man da Rückwirkend was machen kann. Ist halt auch meine eigene Blödheit. 😞

     

    D.H. ich wäre auf jeden Fall wieder 2 Jahre gebunden. 

    Würde das zumindest ab sofort klappen oder geht da erst ab April wenn wieder ein Jahr vorbei ist?

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
