Handyvertrag mit Handy automatisch verlängert

Hallo liebe Telekom,

mein Handyvertrag mit Handy hat sich automatisch verlängert, da ich den Kündigungstermin um einen Tag verpasst habe. Ich habe aber doch kein Handy mehr,  das durch den Vertrag finanziert wird. Hätte da der Vertrag nicht billiger werden müssen?
