Ich habe einen 3 Jahre alten E5577C Mobile LTERouter. Nach IMEI Eingabe auf der Telekom Web Seite kam die Antwort das man ab Juni 2022 kostenpflichtig entsperren kann. Wiso bekomme ich den Code nicht kostenlos obwohl das Geräte über 24 Monate alt Ist ?
