Huawei Mifi gekauft - SIM-Lock entfernen

vor 5 Jahren

Hallo,

 

ich habe über ebay einen gebrauchten Huawei E5577C-Router (Magenta Zuhause Schnellstart) gekauft. Angeblich soll dieser SIM-Lock-frei sein.

Leider funktioniert der Router nicht mit meiner SIM-Karte (SIM gesperrt).

Kann seitens der Telekom ein Unlock-Code generiert werden? Wer ist möglicher Ansprechpartner?
