Vielen Dank für Ihr feedback. Ich konnte das Problem zwischenzeitlich auf der Telekom-homepage lösen (Zuordnen einer Telefonnummer zu meinen Kundendaten/ID). Das eigentliche Problem lag wohl an der neuen iOS Software (12.2).
