Kein Internet USA mit Travel Pass

Hallo,

ich habe einen Travel & Surf Pass gebucht und bekomme trotzdem keine mobile Datenverbindung. Handy-Empfang ist ausgezeichnet, mobile Daten und Roaming eingeschaltet und APV-Daten sind korrekt hinterlegt.

Woran kann es noch liegen?

      Wenn man das P 20 lite z B. bei SimlyStore eingibt wird angezeigt dass dieses nicht mit Tmobile Sim USA kompatibel ist. Vermutlich liegt es am Smartphone.
