Kein Netz in Frankreich

Hallo!
Ich war gestern zur Durchreise in Frankreich und hatte die ganze Zeit dort kein Netz, obwohl ich im Vertrag eine EU-Roaming Option habe. Auch war in den Einstellungen das Roaming eingeschaltet. Ich habe alles mögliche probiert aber es hat nichts funktioniert.
Kann mir hier jemand weiterhelfen?
