Kündigung wegen schlechter Netzabdeckung möglich?

Hallo seit ca 6 Wochen bitte ich die Telekom sich um unser Problem mit der netzabdeckung

leider tut sich nichts meine Anschreiben werden nicht beantwortet oder ignoriert

somit muss ich wohl mein sonderguendigungs recht in Anspruch nehmen.

sehr traurig von der Telekom
