Hallo,

ich habe am Mittwoch meinen Vertrag verlängert auf MagentaMobil XL mit Top-Smartphone. Man sagte mir bei der Verlängerung am Telefon dass ich Donnerstag, spätestens Freitag die Sendungsnummer bekomme für mein neues Gerät. Jetzt ist Samstag Abend und ich habe noch nichts bekommen, nichtmal die Auftragsnummer.
