Hi liebe Community,

ich habe vor exakt 8 Tagen eine Vertragsverlängerung mit neuem Endgerät beauftragt.

Die Lieferzeit für das Iphone 13 128GB mitternacht wurde mit 1-4 Tagen angegeben.

Nun warte ich seit 8 Tagen auf eine Versandbestätigung.

Kann mir jemand hierzu Auskunft geben woran das liegt?
