Not unusual. Cell towers need maintenance and upgrades, too. They are also closely monitored, so if something went wrong, network management will already know about it.

So, 3 week later and still no results from telekom, even raised a ticket via phone, im starting to wonder if it worth while changing providers. Or does 02 and VF use the same towers.
