Magenta App Issue, English CX

Hello,
Around a month or so ago i got into the issue where on the app, i can only see the bills from my Ethernet, but nothing available anymore for my 2 Cards that i am paying, i can only see 1 number out of two in the app, but no details available for it.
After unsucesfull attempt to resolve it into a shop. i got into a post that i translated it stating that this is due to an update that was made for Data protection, and this can happen for couple of reasons, but mainly if you have 2 separate names on your accounts.
My case is that my home ethernet is on my Wife name and the 2 Numbers are on my name. (Thing that was suggested and also made by a Telekom Shop Representative- Not really being aware that this might transform into a issue.) Currently i can only see the bill from the ethernet, and for the phones, i need to wait till i am receiving an email, but no longer able to access old bills from the 2 numbers i own.

And was told that i cannot change the contracts to be both on the same name as i will loose a price that i have and that this cannot be resolved, even after showing the agent the post.
I asked to get help to create a second account on my wife phone to get the 2 mobile phones bill -Magenta Mobile Account, and was told that this is something i should handle myself..
If i try to create an account with the numbers will redirect me to login on the same account. I tried accesing the link from the post, and i am unsure what to do there without messing my contracts, as is it showing me that boths of my contracts should be as Account holder, with no restriction, or maybe i am not really following on what i need to do on that page in order to at least create a second account.
I would love to get a help with-> some clear steps on what i need to do exactly on the Contract page -> Do i need to select the trashcan for the Mobile Phone numbers and then add it on the User page in order to create a second magenta account ? If yes, will this affect my Contracts -deals- in any way?
Second, Is there someone from Telekom who can confirm that i cannot change the ownership of the contracts? to have both of them on the same name and see the bills without loosing the price? I was not really informed by the shop rep, what exactly will happen with the price if i attempt to change the contracts name, was just told that this is not posible. But i find this quite unfair to have 2 accounts for viewing the bill.

thank you for your detailed message.
In fact, for data protection reasons, customer data must now be absolutely identical when logging in to Telekom.
In the case of married couples, it is definitely possible to transfer contracts as they currently stand.
This means that the terms and conditions remain unchanged.
The contract transfer can be easily completed online and the necessary documents uploaded:

Otherwise, you can also create a separate Telekom login for each contract partner and view the respective data and telephone bills for the associated contracts.
