Magenta TV APP öffnet sich nicht mehr

Hallo, beim öffnen der Magenta Tv app auf dem Handy dreht sich das Rad unendlich und es passiert nichts. Auf meinem Tablet funktioniert es immer noch. Habe den Cache geleert und dann sogar de- und neu-instaliert. Hat alles nichts geholfen.
