Hallo zusammen,

Ich habe einen Prepaid Jahrestarif 5g. Hier sollte das Datenvolumen aus dem Vormonat übernommenen werden. Dies wird mir leider im Kundencnter nicht angezeigt.

Muss dies irgendwie freigeschaltet werden? Ich müsste aus dem letzten Monat mindestens 6 GB übrig haben.
